Welcome to NoteCraft. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NoteCraft application ("we," "our," or "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using NoteCraft, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using NoteCraft, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
App Usage Rules
NoteCraft is provided for personal note-taking, organization, and productivity purposes. You may use the App to:
- Create, edit, and organize notes and checklists
- Use rich text formatting to structure your content
- Sync your notes across devices with Cloud Sync (Premium)
- Use AI Studio features to assist with writing and organizing notes
- Set reminders on your notes
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
User Responsibilities
As a user of NoteCraft, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- The accuracy and legality of the content you create and store in the App
- Keeping your device and app version reasonably up to date
Prohibited Activities
When using NoteCraft, you agree not to:
- ✕ Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to store illegal content
- ✕ Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- ✕ Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, infrastructure, or AI features
- ✕ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data
- ✕ Use the AI Studio features to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- ✕ Circumvent or abuse the Premium subscription or billing system
Subscriptions & Billing
NoteCraft offers an optional Premium subscription, which unlocks features such as Cloud Sync. All payments and subscription management are handled through Google Play Billing, and are subject to Google Play's own terms and policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play account settings before the renewal date. We do not process or store your payment card details directly.
Intellectual Property
The NoteCraft name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of the NoteCraft developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
The notes and content you create within NoteCraft remain your own. We do not claim ownership over your content.
Service Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of NoteCraft at any time, with or without notice, to improve the App or in response to technical, legal, or business considerations. We aim to give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect your use of the App where practical.
Termination
You may stop using NoteCraft and request deletion of your account at any time via our Account Deletion page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the Prohibited Activities listed above, at our discretion.
Disclaimer & Liability
NoteCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate.
