Account Information

User Content & Cloud Sync Data
Your notes can include rich formatting — headings, bold and italic text, bullet and numbered lists — so you can make your notes as meaningful as you like. NoteCraft provides a Cloud Sync feature as part of its Premium subscription; if you choose to use it, your notes and related content may be stored securely on Firebase servers to allow synchronization across your devices.
You are always in control of your data, and you can choose whether or not to use Cloud Sync features.
AI Features & Gemini API
NoteCraft uses the Google Gemini API to power AI features inside AI Studio — helping you write, summarize, and organize your notes faster.
When you use an AI feature, the content required to process your request is sent to the Gemini API to generate a response. We use this AI service solely to provide functionality inside the app and to improve your experience — never to build advertising profiles about you.
Notifications & Reminders
NoteCraft lets you set reminders on individual notes so you never miss something important. To make this possible, the app requests permission to send you local notifications on your device.
Payment & Subscription Information
NoteCraft offers a Premium subscription. All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing.
We do not collect, store, or have access to:
- Credit card information
- Debit card information
- Bank account details
- Payment credentials
Your payment information is handled directly by Google Play according to Google's own privacy and security policies.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to provide certain features. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
