Common Problems

Try force-closing NoteCraft and reopening it. If that doesn't help, restart your device, then make sure you're on the latest version from Google Play.
Double-check your email and password, and confirm you have an internet connection. If you still can't sign in, email us and we'll help you regain access.
Cloud Sync requires an active Premium subscription and an internet connection. Check your subscription status in Settings, and make sure the app has network access.
Check that notification permission is enabled for NoteCraft in your device Settings, and that battery optimization isn't restricting the app in the background.
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Google Play Billing. Check Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions for your billing status, or contact Google Play support for payment-specific issues.
